The National Service Scheme was started in our college in the year ’95-’96 with the prime objective of serving mankind. N.S.S has aroused among the students an awareness of the realities of life and better understanding of the problems of the society. Ever since, the service it is rendering has been more than commendable. The College is committed to carving out a generation who would take an active role in social activities. With this aim in view, extension services are made available to nearby schools, villages and communities. It is mandatory for a student to participate. The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a Central Sector Scheme of Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. It provides opportunity to the Graduate & Post Graduate community to take part in various government led community service activities & programmes.
